1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MY SALARY (mysalary.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Platform Description

MY SALARY is a binary network commission platform that allows users to invest RM50 and participate in a network-based commission distribution system. The platform operates on a breadth-first placement algorithm to ensure balanced network growth.

3. Investment Terms

• Minimum investment: RM50 (one-time payment)
• Investment allocation: 15% for platform maintenance and development, 85% for commission pool distribution
• All investments are final and non-refundable
• Investments are subject to platform availability and terms

4. Commission Structure

• Commission pool: 85% of total investment (RM42.50 from RM50 investment)
• Monthly payable: 90% of commission earnings available after 30 days
• Reserve fund: 10% of commission earnings locked for 12 months
• Commission depth: Up to 15 levels in the binary network
• Commission distribution is automated and based on network growth

5. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

6. Network Placement

MY SALARY uses a breadth-first placement system that automatically places new members from left to right, ensuring balanced network growth. Placement is determined by the system algorithm and cannot be manually adjusted.

7. Withdrawals

• Monthly payable funds are available for withdrawal after 30 days from earning
• Reserve fund (10%) becomes available after 12 months
• Withdrawal requests are processed according to platform policies
• Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply
• Processing times may vary based on payment method

8. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the network
• Using fraudulent payment methods
• Attempting to hack or compromise the platform security
• Spreading false information about the platform
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the platform and its users.

10. Limitation of Liability

MY SALARY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
